TOLOMATO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The schedules included herein are for general reference purposes only.
The schedules detail the annual assessments for the TOLOMATO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) for fiscal year 2026. These assessments will be paid as part of the County Property Tax bill received in November 2025.
The Total Assessment is the amount that is shown on the County Property Tax bill for November 2025. This assessment is for the CDD fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026. This represents your entire CDD assessment for the fiscal year. The component parts of the Total Assessment are Debt and O&M.
Debt represents the amount of the annual debt payment that was billed on the November 2025 County Property Tax Bill. These funds go directly to a bond Trustee to pay down bonds used to construct District infrastructure.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is for the day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the CDD including, landscape maintenance and amenities.
The Approximate Debt Payoff represents the approximate amount remaining on the debt portion of the CDD assessment. This is not intended to be an actual amount for purposes of paying off or paying down the debt portion of the CDD assessment or for any legal purposes.
If you require an exact number for purposes of paying off the debt, please request an estoppel letter from joy@nocatee.com . There is a $250 fee for each estoppel letter.
Properties platted after January 2025 are not reflected on the November 2025 county property tax records and are not reflected here. This information will be available next tax year.
This schedule does not reflect debt payoffs or pay downs which occurred after 8/1/25.
