About Reservations

  We are now in the Fall/Winter season. We will continue to provide as many outdoor activities as we can, to keep our residents close to home and safer than other entertainment options.
 

During our off-season schedule, we are offering a modified calendar for the water parks and pools. Highlights include:
 

• Guests are allowed in the Splash Park Tuesday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday will remain for Residents .
• The slides and lazy river at the Splash Park will re-open in the spring.
• Spray Park will re-open in the spring.
• Guests are allowed in the, Twenty Mile pool, Cypress pool and Crosswater pool.
• Park hours for the month are modified, as our pools are only licensed to be open 30 minutes after sunrise to 30 minutes before  sunset.
• During the construction period, some pools may be temporarily closed as we work to complete the Enhancing the Lifestyle projects. 

SPLASH PARK & SPRAY PARK

Open 10 am – 6pm
Swim at your own risk . 

No lifeguards. Lazy river and slides closed. No break for sanitizing.
 Closed Mondays

CROSSWATER, CYPRESS & TWENTY MILE POOLS

Pool Schedules Mondays through Sundays
 Open 7am – 6pm
 No staff

Please continue your personal responsible behaviors, including social distancing, as we respect the safety of all residents in our community. 

Persons not following the reservation guidelines, including making multiple reservations under different email addresses, may lose all reservations.

It is important to note that ALL persons, regardless of age, are required to hold a Nocatee Resident Card for Resident access to the amenities.  Any person not holding a valid Nocatee Resident Card, regardless of age, is considered a guest.

For those needing Resident Cards, please call the Resident Services Office at 904-924-6850 for an appointment.

 For all Nocatee events, activities and amenities we remind participants that our community is still fighting the COVID-19 virus.  We ask all participants to take precautions for themselves as well as for the benefit of others in our community.

If you cannot keep a reservation, please cancel it so that another resident may use it. The instructions for cancellation are available on the sign up page.
